Rain returns to Frog Kingdom after a series of explosions rock the capital. In the mass panic, with Frogizens fleeing the city, a chameleon distributes leaflets proclaiming “Crystal Frog no longer protects Frog Kingdom! The end is nigh!” The Frog King reveals that the land’s legendary protector is in danger. He sends the Frog Warriors to protect the Crystal Frog.
